Fixed a Flooding House
With the recent years of Michigan flooding, we thought no one would buy a notorious house on our block that had standing water in the basement. Thought it would have to be knocked down, and there’d be an ugly lot for years to come on our road. Bryan bought the house, poured 17,000 of concrete in the basement to stop the flooding, and turned the house into a beautiful (and dry!) cozy residence on our block once again. There’s no challenge he will back down from!
